Quick Music Review:
In a nutshell - This album is a true gem - every song is great and I've listened to this album from beginning to end over and over.
Taj Mahal is a unique musician in that he reinvents his sound and style so easily between reggae and blues - even children's songs (although none are featured on this album). I have a dozen Taj albums but keep coming back to this one - hope you agree.
Favorite song: Having a Real Bad Day, also the title track 'Senor Blues'
Actually, calling out a favorite song doesn't do this album justice - just throw this disc in your CD player, pull out a large lemonade and hop in that swing on your front porch to enjoy.
